Youth Enrichment Programs
YES2 Play Explorer
Program provides hands-on facilitation of museum exhibits and interpretation of gallery content. Learn exhibit content, how to effectively interact with visitors, model appropriate play and actively engage visitors.
YES2 participants take an active part in the creation of new events and workshops, immersing them in workplace readiness and leadership opportunities. YES2 participants head up task forces that shape the events that will be attended by other participants and the general public. In 2014, YES2 participants hosted their first-ever Comedy Night, held their second annual Comic Book Celebration and Holiday Craft Fair events and hosted their first-ever Film Festival in 2015.

Art and Culture Exchanges
Share your experiences as an American teen with students in other countries with several after-school programs. ArtLink, a collaboration with Creative Connections, partners the YES2 program with art classes from around the globe (past partners include The Gambia, Cambodia, Guatemala, Jordan and Brazil) to learn about world culture and share artwork. More opportunities are arriving in 2016!
Do you have a special skill set or talent that you would like to share with museum visitors? Create, develop and implement your own workshop with guidance from staff to teach to visitors.
