Reservations

• Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis
• Reservations up to three months in advance
• Invitations, balloons, goody bags, cakes and catering are available.

Parties are two hours. Choose from:

• Wednesday 2:30 pm
• Friday 2:00 pm and 2:30 pm
• Saturday 10:30 am and 2:00 pm
• Sunday 10:30 am and 2:00 pm

A list of all guests and chaperones should be e-mailed to birthdays@steppingstonesmuseum.org or faxed to 203 899 0530 no later than three days prior to your party.

A $15 surcharge will be applied for each additional guest above the 25-person party size maximum.

• Set-up may begin up to 30 minutes prior to the party
• Parents may bring in food and drinks
• The party room needs to be packed and cleared within 20 minutes after your designated ending time
• Tables and chairs are available. Hosts are responsible for decorations and tablecloths

Rescheduling:
A $50 fee will be applied if a reserved party is rescheduled at any time.

Cancellation:
If party is cancelled more than one month prior to scheduled party, 100% of the fee will be refunded minus a $50 cancellation fee. There will be no refund for any cancellation made within one month of the scheduled party date.
