Facility Rentals
Stepping Stones Museum for Children provides an imaginative and unique venue for any private gathering. From corporate meetings to holiday parties to Bar/Bat Mitzvahs to the perfect wedding, our award winning facility provides the perfect backdrop for any memorable celebration or corporate function. Conveniently located in the charming and historic Mathews Park, the museum offers more than 30,000 square feet to play and entertain. We have a variety of rental packages tailored to fit your specific needs. Have your choice of renting the imaginative museum galleries, the Gullquist Family Celebration Courtyard or both!
Museum Galleries
Our museum galleries, can accommodate up to 300 and includes use of our impressive central reception area, learning laboratories, and our newly renovated state-of-the-art Tommy Hilfiger Performance Gallery which has a stage and audio/visual capabilities. It’s the perfect setting for meetings, award ceremonies or recitals.
The Gullquist Family Celebration Courtyard
Our NEWLY enhanced Gullquist Family Celebration Courtyard can accommodate up to 300 seated and 400+ standing. The updated vibrant outdoor space, draped with a spectacular open-air tent and new eco-friendly flooring, has a brand new stage equipped with enhanced sound and theatrical lighting systems. It’s the perfect setting for cocktail receptions, rehearsal dinners, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs or concert performances.
Member Discount
Stepping Stone members receive a 10% discount off any facility rental.
Audio/Visual Equipment
A fee of $250 will be applied for use of audio/visual equipment.
Additional Information
The Stepping Stones Museum for Children facility is equipped with easily accessible entrances for all visitors, free parking and a helpful friendly staff. We offer lists of our preferred caterers, rental companies, DJs, decorators and entertainers but there is the option of bringing in your own caterers and rentals with prior approval from Stepping Stones.
Rentals of individual meeting spaces are also available for smaller gatherings, and when possible, may be accommodated during museum hours.
